Bambuparquenature.com online store terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Bambuparque, Lda, with registered office at Herdade das Fontes, 7630-584, São Teotónio, tax identification number 502632380 and contact number +351 283958573, hereinafter referred to as “Bambuparque” and the persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.bambuparquenature.com, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.bambuparquenature.com shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
Article 1 - Object
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User with regard to orders, sales, payments and the provision of services or delivery arrangements for purchases made on the www.bambuparquenature.com website.
These conditions regulate all the steps required to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of this order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.
Article 2 - Order
The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the www.bambuparquenature.com website, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to their shopping cart.
To submit their order, the User must:
a) Register on the website - www.bambuparquenature.com , providing the information requested there.
b) Log in (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User at the time of registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to them during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and name that, for tax purposes, the User wishes to appear on the invoice).
The final confirmation of the order by the User is tantamount to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
The COMPANY will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product/service is not available, Bambuparque, Lda undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.
Orders are valid for 10 (ten) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee the provision of the service, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the period mentioned above, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used in a new order, in accordance with the consumer's request and response, and the refund or return will be made by the same means of payment, or another indicated by the consumer, and Bambuparque Lda is not obliged to bear the costs of the different means of reimbursement, which will be borne by the consumer.
Article 3 - Payment
On the website www.bambuparquenature.com, Bambuparque, Lda offers the User the following payment methods
a) Bank transfer
b) Credit card.
If Bank Transfer is used, proof of payment must be sent to comercial@bambuparque.pt.
Article 4 - Delivery/availability and consumption
Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days of placing the order, depending on the shipping pattern and area. Delivery is carried out by the transport company Nacex, Lda or Santos e Vale.
Our minimum order value is 5 euros.
The service will be available once payment has been confirmed.
Article 5 - Price
Prices should be understood in Euros, with taxes and duties included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
If there is an increase in the price of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately and can choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.
Article 6 - Cancellation and return
The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Bambuparque, Lda. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email comercial@bambuparque.pt , within 14 days of placing the order, with instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid and/or return of the goods, answered and defined by Bambuparque, Lda, through the same means of communication.
Bambuparque, Lda undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 10 days.
Returned products must be in a condition in which they can be sold, i.e. in the same condition in which they arrived in the hands of the User, without any anomaly or damage and, if your order is a plant, it must still be in its original pot.
Article 7 - Privacy Policy
Your data will be processed in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. This data, which is subject to computer processing and encryption, will be included in the Bambuparque, Lda. database(s) and is intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information to be made available by them.
Its provision is optional, and the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing, is guaranteed under the terms of the law, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
