Research centers on all continents, including Europe, are becoming interested in bamboo, which they consider to be one of the most abundant resources for sustainable development (as a substitute for ferrous metals, plastic, etc.). In the same vein, we are increasingly aware of the importance of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. That's why we selected a product that also has its origins in Japan: the Kamado grill. This grill works with charcoal and combines the advantages of a grill and an oven. It allows you to be completely independent of gas or electricity and consumes very little coal, because the heat is almost completely retained. At the end of cooking, simply close the air vents to stop operation and reuse the remaining fuel several times. The temperature can be regulated with great precision, which allows for cooking of remarkable quality.
